Human mind- Perception, Expression and Self-belief

Human mind is  a vibrant display of thoughts and emotions. The capacity that our mind has to capture thoughts, situations or emotions,to process on it and make a certain decision is enormous. Daily we build views or make certain theories based on experiences we had in past or even make decisions by listening to other's experiences. But a big drawback of human nature is we quickly make prejudices about a certain thing and perceive the other things through these prejudices without thinking rationally about them. This may certainly lead to problems and  these problems often can appear bigger to us even if they aren't.
People often feel sad, depressed, left away from the race while achieving a certain goal or  while dealing with daily hastles as well. There are many things because of which we get frustrated when we miss out to a close chance of fetching success. That may be our actual plan of action, our preparation or sources we have to deal with our problems. But primarily our mind should have a focus on these three things while solving a certain problem or while achieving something. They are Perception, Expression and Self-belief.
Talking about a certain problem there are many ways how one deals with it. First of it is how we perceive our problems. Taking as an example if a businessman faces loss in his business due to certain reason like lockdown. The thing is how he looks at the situation. Being a businessman if he can reach out to new treds using his good administration and innovation skills he may rise his  business on one more step of excellence. But if he gets frustrated due to sudden restrictions on his actions and doesn't do any research, then he may lead to depression and may miss out on a worthy chance to show the world his ability to turn the things his way even in odd situations. All he has to do is perceive the thing according to his way as to pull out of a solution out of problem itself.
Another thing is we should know to converse with ourselves. Because it helps us confidently project ourselves infront of others. But while conversing with ourselves when we build certain views or make theories, we must try to understand that those are mere assumptions and not the reality. If we overrule this condition then we certainly add to our problems. One should have a control on his mind. This will certainly define his/her personality, because there are numerous ways of interpreting things if we choose a positive and better option then we'll have this as a ray of hope that will guide us even through tough situations. As our mind reflects what we perceive, we should be careful how we interpret things.
Another main element of dealing any problem is expression. Manier times when we have problems and we try to express them, people always say someone somewhere in the world has bigger problems than you. But this doesn't make our problems smaller or niether does it mean we shouldn't express them.
Here again as perception we should know the proper expression of  our problems, because all have one or more problems. The world always doesn't care about odds in your life. So you should always open all cards. You should find a right person, place and time to address your problems and ensure that anyone doesn't take it the other way.
Another thing related to human mind and problem is person's habbit of constantly depending on others. For anything a person does he needs an approval from the society as hallmark of excellence for his work. A famous author illustrating about this says, “People are second hands. They always need other's approval  for their achievements, they have this desire to be accepted and approved by others so they shape themselves that way.”  It is a cycle continued between two people who look for each other's confirmation and appreciation. As a result they end up living for others and loose a pure sense of happiness.
Recently introduced concept of ‘Aatmanirbharta’ is a message demanding self belief and self efforts  from an individual. So we completely depend on ourselves  for fighting odds and becoming strong.
To sum up, frankly speaking mind isn't  a machinery to be standardized with certain norms. Everyone will have uniqueness in his thoughts and expressions. But a particular pattern can be fixed with a proper coordination of good and path guiding perception, proper expression of thoughts at appropriate destination and these two strengthened by ample self dependence and a problem fighting ideology.
This will certainly encourage one to deal with problems, get past them in the strong will of achieving excellence and quality oriented success.

The change

CHANGE  is a very relative and subjective concept. Everyone has a different idea about change in their respective lives. These changes may or may not suit a man but they make changes in his course of thoughts and finally his actions.

My idea of change is completely situational or my reaction to change is based on conscience.

Taking into consideration the current situation; the lockdown, many have faced a various types of changes in their lives. Some may have lost their jobs, some may have received a long break for which they were eagerly waiting, else may have found additional activities to cope up with their kind of changes.

Now that's another good thing about change that it may be good or bad but it makes you think and take an action. People always take actions as a response to change but irony is most of the time these actions are to avoid changes. Others who don't avoid just try to cope up with or get familiar to changes, but only a few know how to adopt to changes and conquer the moment.

There's a good saying that an optimistic person finds a way to excel in the changes and its challenges but a pessimistic person has plenty of reasons to avoid it. Changes might be shocking or helpful, easy or hard to digest, short term or long term but everyone needs to find a way to make the most out of it and overcome the lacunae that stop us from fetching success.
