What do we do now?????

14th February 2019 indeed a black day for all Indians... We lost 42 brave hearts. Till the very last breath they kept on showering there love for mother India.
We all now want a serious revenge. The only reaction that came from all of us is ,now it's time to show the cowardly Pakistan that when tiger is hungry and attacked by betrayal,  the leap of counterattack which it takes has the most devastating effect that to the end of one's life... A very spontaneous reaction that every Indian has given, and I don't think there's anything wrong about it..
But the only thing that unrests me  that all of us when in grief  have slightly crossed a thin line between patriotism and chauvinism...
Yes we all are in deep sorrow but now we have  to think that being a civilian how can we support our country??!!
The first and foremost thing we need to keep in mind is we have to have full faith in our army and our brave soldiers who have opted a rough and tough route to reach this position for preserving integrity of our country. Also they are facing a lot of different challenges daily. They try the most from there level and moreover they know how and when to give a tit for tat answer. So rather than giving them advices without knowing how critical the situation may be , we should support them at our level.
Another thing we need to keep in mind is that we aren't gifted with the independence we have earned it paying the price of a thousands of sacrifices of our brave freedom fighters. Also to protect, maintain and empower the nation after independence thousands of youths leave all the assets and put their lives in danger for the sake of love and affection towards our mother India. They do this great job for our country, I know many of us can't even see ourselves at their position but at least, As a proud Indian what we contribute to our country or what do we do for our country?? Is the question that everyone of us needs to ask to ourselves.
Financial support will be always there with the families of martyred soldiers. Everyone of us can't make up with the financial help. But supporting our heroes, paying respect to them is necessary. Yes we do pay respect, we do feel for them but why does it need an occasion to express it. There are simple things that we need to keep in mind. We travel from the train. We see an army Javan standing at the door and traveling, but why can't we tell him that "oh brave man because of you we can roam freely wherever we want, because you put your life in danger all the time we live fearlessly so you please sit on my place it's your right." Why can't we just salute a soldier if we see him in a public place?? Why do we feel ashamed of what People around will say?? It takes nothing to just say two words of gratitude to our brave heroes.
Showing respect for the nation doesn't mean that you have to do something huge. By following the rules and regulations assigned for the sake of our convenience and safety we are contributing in our nation's development. We should avoid things like literation of open spaces and should keep our surroundings clean and tidy. These things also take a part in the development and betterment of the country.
It's  high time when we think beyond 'me and myself'. We should see how I can always be useful to my society and my nation. We should better understand that always nation comes first than us.
The time we start to realize that  nation is the almighty that looks after us and pay respect accordingly working for betterment of it. Then that will be the best support to our country and our soldiers.
Today most of the parents in society teach their children to fight for their rights. But before teaching them to claim their rights they should make their children well aware of their duties towards the society and nation.
Everyone of us is not meant for standing on the border and defending the nation. But at least cooperating the government and striving for the betterment of the society is also a big task of determination that takes country ahead.
Rather than simply blaming the governing systems, being in the social system and helping the society and country a step ahead in order to maintain social peace and  unity is according to me  the tribute in real sense to all the brave  brothers who  happily rested their lives in the feet of mother India.
That's all what  a proud Indian can say paying a bow of tribute to my soldiers who have marked a standard in the feelings of patriotism and affection for the nation JAI HIND!!!

Healthy life Happy life

The new year has arrived. New dreams, new ambitions, new responsibilities and so many new tasks that have been lined up in front of us this year. But with these challenges and lot rush during this year and also nowadays it is far more important to keep ourselves ready for these challenges. In all aspects may it be physical or mental health,we always need to be ready.
Like all of you I also have made some plans or resolutions for this year and the most sincere promise made by me  to myself  is regarding fitness. So on this context I have written an intro-informative write up on Indian ancient medical sciences and fitness care.
Indian culture has a vast history. Not only vast but it is diamond studded with innumerous  prosperous and courageous memories. There are many such inventions, discoveries, etc that are given India to the world. The prominent and significant contribution among them which can be considered is in the medical field. Yes!! Ayurveda and Yoga are the greatest contributions of India of all the time to the whole world.  It has been prooven by many scientists of foreign countries that the facts explained in Ayurveda proove to be beneficial  than any other type of medicine. Also another plus point of Ayurveda is, it has no side effects. Yes it may take a little longer to cure but once it heels the problem, it protects you lifelong. Another one is Yoga. Not only medicines but also exercise keeps you fit and fine. The Ashtanga-yoga-siddhi is a perfect manual of daily bodily warm-ups and exercises that help you to keep your body well maintained and disease free. Understanding the techniques of Yoga and performing them regularly keeps your body well maintained and flexible.
Knowing these benefits of Yoga 21st June is celebrated as International Yoga Day.
The energy required for keeping oneself active and fresh whole day, can be gained by performing various asanas. The exercises demonstrated in Yoga are planned in such a way that, it ensures the whole body warm-up. The stretching exercise, the muscle building exercise, etc.
Also with exercise one should have a sufficient and healthy diet. Fast food kills us fast. So we should avoid it. Also we should avoid tea or coffee and prefer milk. If we eat much hot and spicy food it can proove injurious to your health. Food of medium taste keeps one's health better. Also the balanced diet can give proper amount of energy required for your body.
Apart from all this one's mood or mental state affects on his or her mental or physical health. So keeping our mindset stable and focused is necessary. If we have a glance into ancient times, people lived a long life because they inhaled plenty of fresh air. It's true that due to hussle and bustle in cities and pollution done by industries it is not possible to breathe fresh air these days. But in the early morning or in the dawn the air is considerably fresh. There is more amount of oxygen in the air, but we just keep sleeping. Rather we should have a morning walk.
Our ancestors have given us this grand heritage, and as their successors it's our responsibility that we understand it's importance and live a happy and healthy life. Ayurveda is a divine favour done by our ancestors to us. But nowadays some people are misleading it's importance putting it under the banner of relegion. Lastly Ayurveda is a science and science can't never be discriminated on the basis of religion. Yoga in comparison has globalised
due to it's medical importance likewise as a proud Indian it's our responsibility to know or understand the importance of Ayurveda and apply it into our routine and follow it as a science
With this humble request I conclude my write-up. Health is more important than wealth as, wealth lost can be earned back but loss of a life cannot be fulfilled in any terms.
A little more attention towards our health can lead us a happy and prosperous life.
Stay fit, stay healthy and keep smiling.
